Terms and Conditions of Service

    Services

    The Company provides domestic laundry services including washing, drying, folding and ironing of domestic and commercial laundry. Services are provided on a best-endeavours basis in accordance with garment care labels and reasonable commercial practice.

    The Company reserves the right to refuse any items that are unsuitable for machine washing or present a health or safety risk

    Customer Responsibilities

    The Customer agrees to:
    • Ensure items submitted are suitable for laundering.
    • Separate items requiring specialist care (including dry clean only, hand wash only, and delicate fabrics).
    • Check all pockets prior to submission.
    • Inform the Company of any known stains, damage, or special requirements.

    Buttons on shirts and blouses must be undone by the Customer prior to ironing.

    Limitation of Liability

    The Company shall not be liable for loss of or damage to any items in the following circumstances:

    1. Items that are not suitable for machine washing or where care labels cannot be inspected due to time constraints.
    2. Items marked “dry clean only.”
    3. Items marked “hand wash only.”
    4. Delicate or specialist garments requiring additional or specialist care.
    5. Items that are not suitable for tumble drying, including any shrinkage caused by tumble drying.
    6. Damage arising from colour run or colour bleeding.
    7. Damage caused by fastenings or embellishments, including but not limited to zips, buttons, studs, hooks, or decorative parts.

       8. Items contaminated with bodily fluids or hazardous substances, including but not limited to faeces, blood, or other clinical matter. The Company does not accept incontinence laundry, animal bedding (due to the risk of fleas, mites, or disease), or clinically contaminated items.

    1. Loss of or damage to personal belongings left within garments or laundry bags, including but not limited to money, jewellery, or electronic devices. Pockets are not checked by the Company.
    2. Damage caused by foreign objects left within garments, including but not limited to pens, cosmetics, or DIY materials.
    3. Stain removal is carried out on a best-endeavours basis only. The Company does not guarantee complete stain removal and shall not be liable for stains that cannot be removed. Where appropriate, stain treatment products may be used; however, such products will not be applied where there is a reasonable risk of damage to the item.

       4. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude the Company’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded under UK law.

    Claims and Complaints

    Any complaint or concern must be notified to the Company within 24 hours of collection or delivery in order to allow the Company a reasonable opportunity to investigate and, where appropriate, rectify the issue.

    Where liability is accepted, the Company’s maximum liability shall be limited to re-cleaning the affected items or a reasonable proportion of the service fee.

     Collection and Delivery

    The Company provides a free collection and delivery service.
    If, at the agreed address, date, and time, no person is present to hand over or receive the laundry, or the laundry is not ready for collection or delivery, the Company reserves the right to charge a fee of £10.00 to cover fuel costs, staff time, and loss of business.

     Payment Terms

    Payment shall be made by bank transfer upon receipt of invoice (bank details will be provided) or by card upon delivery. Payment must be made in full prior to delivery unless payment is made by bank card.

    Where payment is overdue and a reminder is required to be issued, the Company reserves the right to apply a late payment charge of 10% of the outstanding balance.

    Laundry Bags and Hangers

    The Company will provide one laundry bag free of charge for the Customer’s first order. Replacement laundry bags will be charged at All laundry bags remain designated for the Customer’s exclusive use.

    The Company will supply hangers for garments and only Company-issued hangers will be used.

    Right of Refusal

    The Company reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to refuse service to any Customer or to refuse to clean any item.

     Data Protection

    The Company will use Customer personal information only for the purpose of providing services and managing bookings. Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.

    Changes to These Terms

    The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated Terms and Conditions will be provided to Customers and continued use of the Company’s services shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

    Governing Law

    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
